1Overview
The chart shows how many invoices and credit notes reached Merit. The gauge shows how much of your orders are in the books, and any problem sits right below with a button that fixes it.
2Orders & checks
Each order shows its state, the Merit invoice number and the amount. When something fails, it says what went wrong and how to fix it.
3Settings
sild reads the tax rates, payment methods and bank accounts from Merit and suggests a match for every WooCommerce rate. Each setting is explained in a line.

The order screen shows the Merit invoice number, credit notes and state. You can preview the invoice before it is sent and open the PDF in one click.

Every feature comes from a real problem in a real shop.
Every new shop starts in preview mode. sild reads your Merit company, builds the invoices it would create and compares them with the ones you already have. Nothing is written until you switch to live.
VAT is rounded per line, the way Merit does it. A cent left over goes on the invoice as rounding, so the invoice total always equals what the customer paid.
Bank transfer orders get a 7-3-1 reference number. It goes on the Merit invoice, Merit matches the bank payment to it, and sild marks the order paid in your shop.
Orders wait in a queue and retry until Merit confirms. Before any retry sild looks the invoice up in Merit, so a repeat never creates a second one.
Every morning sild compares yesterday's orders with Merit and emails you if an invoice was deleted, changed or got stuck.
EU distance sales rates, reverse charge for EU businesses and exports outside the EU each use their own Merit tax. VAT numbers are checked in VIES at checkout.

sild holds the key to your Merit company. This is how we look after it.
The key is stored encrypted and never in WordPress, so even a hacked website cannot reach it. Change your mind? Delete the key in Merit and access ends that second.
sild runs in reliable data centres in the EU, under the GDPR. Card details, bank logins and customer passwords never reach us. We get only what an invoice needs.
Preview mode only reads from Merit. Live mode writes only what your settings allow.
If Merit or sild is unavailable, orders wait and continue later. Checkout never waits for us.
