What stops double invoices
Live mode stays locked
While another Merit plugin still creates invoices, sild will not let you go live.
Existing invoices recognised
When an order already has an invoice in Merit, sild takes it over instead of creating another.
A warning in the admin
If another Merit plugin is still active in live mode, you see a notice and an item in the issues list.
Your own numbers
A prefix keeps sild's invoices and credit notes apart from the old ones, so numbers never clash.

Where you are coming from
Konekt (Merit Aktiva for WooCommerce)
sild reads the Konekt settings and offers to take them over. Tax rate and payment method mappings come along; bank accounts and due days stay as you set them.

Settings are not imported automatically, but preview mode compares the result with every invoice in Merit, whoever made it.

Same story: sild compares the invoices already in Merit and shows whether its result matches.

Questions about switching
Will my customers notice anything?
No. Checkout works as before and invoices reach Merit the same way.
What happens to invoices the old plugin made?
They stay in Merit. sild recognises them and never makes a second invoice for the same order.
Can I go back?
Yes. One button puts sild back into preview mode, and the old plugin can be switched on again.
